通过PHP 插入到MYSQL 的中文乱码

直接在PHPMYADMIN中插入中文不会乱码，通过PHP则会，所有能设成UTF8的地方我都设啦

插入数据，取出数据，都要在 发送SQL语句前  加上mysql_query("set names utf8");
