摘要：近年来，中国企业对发达国家直接投资速度明显快速增长,但是与其他发达国家的对外直接投资相比,中国企业对发达国家直接投资的规模仍很小。因此,对中国企业对发达国家直接投资问题的研究具有重要意义。本文首先介绍直接投资的相关概念,从我国对发达国家直接投资的主体、区域、方式等方面介绍了我国对发达国家直接投资的现状。然后，找出了我国企业对发达国家直接投资存在的一些问题，比如相关政策体制限制，不够合理完善、主要发达国家投资安全审查力度加大、跨国企业投资规模小，品牌知名度不高、对发达国家直接投资产业结构不尽合理等。 最后，针对存在的问题提出可行性的建议对策，具体可以通过建立与完善政治体制、建立与完善市场服务体系扩、大对外直接投资规模，建立知名品牌等措施来更好地发展我国对发达国家的直接投资。36153

Direct investment of Chinese enterprises in developed countries Research
Abstract: In recent years, China is direct investment in developed countries is growing significantly, which still accounts for a small proportion when compared with foreign direct investment from developed countries. Therefore, the study of direct investment of Chinese enterprises in developed countries is important. This paper firstly introduces the concepts of direct investment, the present situation in terms of the subjects, regions, methods of our country is direct investment in developed countries. After that, some of the problems existing in such investment will be stated, such as constraints of related policies and systems that are not reasonable and perfect; major developed countries’ increasing investment security scrutiny; multinational investment in small scale; low brand awareness; irrational foreign direct investment industrial structure, so on and so forth. Finally, feasible proposals for these problems will be mentioned, such as establishment and perfection of the political system; establishment and improvement of the market service system; expansion the scale of foreign direct investment; establishment of well-known brands. In this way, we can develop the direct investment in developed countries in a better way.
